Shipping policy

Every order is personalized, so each one is made after you place it.

Production time. Engraving and packing take 5–7 business days from the time you order. You'll get an email when your order is confirmed, and another when it ships, with tracking.

Transit time. Standard U.S. shipping takes an additional 2–4 business days and is free on every order. Expedited shipping is available at checkout if you're close to a departure date.

Ordering close to a departure. If he leaves within two weeks, choose expedited shipping at checkout, or email us with the departure date before ordering. We'll confirm whether we can make it before we charge you. We would rather turn down an order than miss a farewell.

International. We ship internationally at cost, calculated at checkout. Duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and transit times vary by destination.

Shipping directly to the missionary. You can enter a different shipping address at checkout and add a gift note, and we'll include it in the box.
