Personalization and engraving take five to seven business days, plus two to four days in transit. If his departure is inside two weeks, choose rush at checkout — or tell us the date and we'll confirm before we charge you.
What exactly gets engraved on the cover?
His name as you enter it, his mission, and the years — on both the full-size and the pocket journal, so they match. You'll see a preview of the exact layout before you pay.

Can it ship straight to him instead?
Yes. Enter his address at checkout and add a gift note, and we'll include it in the box. We ship anywhere in the U.S. free, and internationally at cost.
What if the engraving is wrong?
Then it's on us. If anything is mis-engraved or damaged, we remake and reship it at no charge. Personalized items can't be resold, so we'd rather fix it than argue about it.
